Sruli Yellin devours complex issues and distills them to their essence for optimal teaching to judges and juries.
"Winning jury trial experience so early in my career has made all the difference," says Mr. Yellin. "It cemented my desire to be part of winning high stakes cases."
Sruli earned Santa Clara Law School's Intellectual Property High Tech Law Certificate with Honors and the High Tech Excellence Award. While in law school, Sruli also earned CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in subject areas including Legal Research and Writing and Intellectual Property.
Sruli actively contributes to legal scholarship covering intellectual property. His works have appeared in the National Law Journal, Law360, and other nationally-known publications.
While in law school, Sruli interned for the Honorable Paul S. Grewal of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Sruli was also a pupil of The Honorable William A. Ingram American Inn of Court.
Sruli is an accomplished marksman. His favotite firearm is the M1 Garand, which he prefers to shoot with iron sights.
