hank you for your interest in our entry-level operations coordinator position.

This important role promotes the smooth operation of our business. We’re a small business, so our Operations Coordinator will be involved in all of the different aspects of our support functions — from accounting to recruiting, and everything in between. We’re an established business, founded in 2012, so we recognize that training on our existing systems and protocols will be a necessary component for success. Because of the resources we’ll devote to your training, we ask that you remain with the firm for at least two years.

We’re a special place to work. The firm abides by one core principle:
Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity.

We’re a fast paced business, so no two days will be alike. Our ideal candidate will be nimble, collaborative, calm, reliable, and bring a detailed-oriented approach to professional life — those without these attributes are a better fit for a different position.
This is an exempt position eligible to participate in our health insurance (including prescription drug coverage), dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, long term disability insurance, and short term disability insurance plans, as well as our 401(k) program with matching benefits managed by Fidelity. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
